What makes you different?
I spend more time walking courses than editing trends. My perspective comes from caddying, course management, and design, not chasing what’s popular that week. The content is slower, more considered, and grounded in how golfers really think on the course. No one see’s more on-course swings or has more golf discussions than a caddie.

Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. I possess a lot of soft skills learned from years in Big-4 consulting and caddying. I am organised, transparent, and pretty easy to work with.
-
Most of my work until now has been with golf courses, resorts, and specific brands.
-
Yes, but I need to test your products before promoting them. I only promote brands I align with and that sell quality products.
-
Yes. I am not a PGA Pro, and I will not give you swing advice, but I can help you score lower through improving your IQ, course management and mental approach.
-
Most of my projects involve me taking a creative lead. Let’s have a conversation, maybe I can help.

After I learn more about your brand and the problem you are trying to solve, I will provide a storyboard and initial quote. From there, we agree the outputs, scope and timeline.
Hi, I’m Sam.
I’m a golf-obsessed creator, caddie, and entrepreneur.
I sit somewhere between professional golf media and the heavily saturated amateur content space, where the same swings, tips, viral trends, and opinions tend to get lost in the scroll. I’m less interested in looking the part and more interested in understanding the game, helping amateur golfers, and showing golf courses as they really are.
I love golf course design, architecture, and course management. Turning this into digestible and useful information is a strength and passion of mine.
I spend a lot of time thinking about golf course design, course management, and the decisions golfers make on the course. Usually those decisions happen under a bit of pressure, with a club they probably shouldn’t be hitting. That point of view comes from caddying, not content calendars.
My route into golf wasn’t especially orthodox. I started out caddying for my coach, Harry Casey, at Open qualifying events, mainly to improve my own game, and quickly realised I loved the work. That Christmas, a few pints of Guinness with caddie friends back home in Ballybunion turned into a decision to give golf a proper go. Not long after, I found myself at Hogs Head, a private members’ club in South Kerry, where I now caddie.
I really enjoy the job. Getting outside, meeting interesting people, reading courses, and helping everyday golfers get more from their rounds, usually by doing a bit less, thinking a bit more, and choosing the sensible option (when it presents itself).
I share stories and insights shaped by life on the bag. They’re practical, honest, and hopefully useful. Golf doesn’t need more noise. I’m just trying to add a bit of clarity.
